Pursue Movement Strength & Mobility Development is motivated to work with groups that are enthusiastic about certain wellness development topics, including but not limited to:

  • Core-Training for Strength & Injury Prevention 

  • Sport or Activity Specific Movement Optimization
    (ie: golf swing, weight-lifting, running, manual labor, etc.)

  • Pre-season strength and conditioning for athletes

(Osteoporosis and Osteopenia prevention and/or management)

  • Abdominal Separation
