

MEET DR. RYAN GRIFFITHS
Doctor of Physical Therapy,
Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist
Dr. Ryan Griffiths, a U.S. Army Combat Veteran with over 15 years of experience, believes in changing the way we approach our overall physical wellness and the healthcare system. He specializes in offering a holistic, comprehensive approach to recovery and performance. He holds a Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from Shenandoah University in Winchester, VA, and is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA). Additionally, Dr. Griffiths has specialized certifications in Trigger Point Dry Needling and is a Graston Technique Specialist (GTS).
Throughout his career, he has helped a wide range of individuals to include geriatrics, pediatrics, neurological rehabilitation, and sport orthopedics, as well as everyday people working to enhance their mobility and overall health. His extensive experience and passion for research and staying on the cutting edge of treatment options allow him to deliver tailored treatments that address both the rehabilitation and strength-building aspects of care. Whether guiding someone through post-surgery recovery, managing chronic pain, or optimizing athletic performance, Dr. Griffiths helps his patients reach their full potential with his one-on-one, results-driven approach.
Dr. Ryan Griffiths was born and raised in New Hampshire and grew up working on all sorts of projects with his family including mechanics and carpentry. After his military service, he knew his path was to give people hope by helping them heal, regain function and continue moving through life. He has always loved to fix things and continues to do so today whether he's renovating parts of his old victorian home, working on a car, tuning one of his kids' bikes, or helping a patient with their anatomical issues.
